Scott began


Additionally, drawing from his background in medical research, health information technology and patient care at renowned institutions such as the National Institutes of Health and The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Scott is designing a smartphone-based mental health intervention for depression with input from a gifted team of mental health professionals.

He is a NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach), a credential developed in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). He graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a B.S. in Biopsychology and was part of the Fall 2017 cohort of Pioneer Baltimore, an award-winning program for future entrepreneurs.

Shira has over a decade of experience helping hundreds of people navigate life's many challenges, from stress and anxiety, to substance abuse and depression, to marriage and family conflicts. She serves as Chief Clinical Advisor of a team consisting of psychiatrists and psychologists, and therapists.

She graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University with an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and was inducted into the Hoftra MFT Honors Society.
